The Engine of Change.
Greenhouse was established in 2005 to level the playing field across communities. We’ve created and are growing a committed community diverse in age, socioeconomics, geography, perspectives, and backgrounds. We recruit and work with inspiring young role models from low-income communities to initiate change from within. We surround these people with deep success resources. We continue to work with these individuals for decades after college. We leverage our communities’ collective power to create lasting change. This is our Community Change Model.
We are creating and executing solutions that are literally changing generations. We are focused on job creation and education reform. We are uniting people from all walks of life.
