Alison has spent her career driving growth in consumer companies, including global head of strategy for Kimberly-Clark and CMO for ServiceMaster Brands. She now supports a variety of companies as a strategy consultant and fractional CMO. She also mentors an amazing Greenhouse Scholar and is passionate about growing Greenhouse’s impact in Georgia.

Amy Aldridge

President, Kenneth W. Aldridge Foundation

Amy graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance and became passionate about education while living in Chicago, where she volunteered in several tutor, mentor, and scholarship programs. She and her husband, Ken, sponsor Scholar Lio Zuniga. They are also very involved in the Illinois Chapter of JDRF.

Anand Annigeri

Anand has held several executive and client services positions in over 20 years with Fidelity Investments. He is currently the Head of Fidelity’s Regional Centers – a national organization of roughly 10,000 associates and leaders serving clients. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston College and currently resides in the Boston area with his wife and 4 daughters.

Andre Pettigrew (Emeritus)

Director of Economic Development for the City of Durham

Andre has dedicated much of his life to public service. He formerly served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of Denver, an Assistant Superintendent of Denver Public Schools, and a member of Colorado Governor Roy Romer’s Executive Cabinet.

As one of Gresham’s founders, Ben brings over 40 years of experience in investment advisory and wealth management. Ben is a long-time supporter of Greenhouse Scholars; his family sponsors Scholar Willa Sauer, Class of 2022, through our program.

Brannon Fisher

Brannon is a client advisor at Simon Quick, a multi-family office that provides wealth management nationally. In previous careers, he was a high school teacher and a college administrator. He’s gratified to remain involved in education through his service at Greenhouse Scholars. Brannon is a Boulder, CO native who holds degrees from Colgate University, CU-Boulder and Dominican University of California.

Brian Weed

Brian has held several executive and entrepreneurial positions in the hospitality industry and is also involved in several philanthropic ventures. He received a BS from Stanford University and an MM (MBA) from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Carol Ann Wharton

Retired Communications Executive

Carol Ann Wharton has decades of corporate communications experience spanning a range of industries in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Head of Communications for Antares Capital, a leading alternative credit manager with ~$80B of assets under management. Now retired, Carol Ann is dedicated to giving back in ways large and small.

Caroline Crawford

Community Volunteer & Former Educator

Caroline is a community volunteer who has volunteered with Greenhouse since its inception in Atlanta. She mentored a Scholar from 2018-2022, participated in the selection process, and helped with fundraising activities. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Masters in Special Education from the University of Alabama, Caroline is a strong proponent of early education and access to resources for underserved communities.

Cheri Weber

Wellness Advisor

Cheri graduated in Business from Michigan State but has spent the majority of focus for the past 15 years in the wellness realm. She worked as a personal trainer, is a certified health coach, 500 hr. Yoga teacher, trained in meditation and a variety of brain health focuses. She built Girls on the Run fitness and anti bullying program in local schools, and spent time providing inner city schools yoga and meditation. She is passionate about programs for underserved to help them be inspired and accountable for their own success and advancement with continued support.

Daniele M. Donahoe, CFA

Partner & Chief Equity Strategist, Waverly Advisors

Daniele is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of McShane Partners Wealth & Investment Advisory where she is the majority shareholder. Under Daniele’s management, the firm has grown to over $700 million in individual and institutional assets. As a fee-only advisory firm, McShane Partners is passionate about client care and community contribution. Daniele focuses on equity research across a broad range of industries. She has assembled a strong investment team with in-house proprietary research and architected research templates for manager due diligence stock selection. Daniele serves on the Foundation for the Carolinas Investment Committee, is a member of Women Executives, serves on the Executive Committee for Queens Learning Society and is a member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary serving on the Endowment Committee.

Along with his illustrious 20 year career at CLC, Dave has dedicated his time to philanthropy in education and the environment. After his brother’s experience Sponsoring a Scholar, Dave was inspired to initiate Greenhouse Scholars’ expansion into Georgia.

David oversees firm management, asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, risk management, and fund administration for TAG Associates. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from the Wharton School.

David currently serves as CEO of Salon Freedom Holdings, the company he co-founded in 2008 to develop and operate Sola Salon Studios franchise locations. The company has grown to 60 locations in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas. Prior to that he had a 25 year career in commercial and corporate real estate. David earned a BS in Business Administration from CU Boulder and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Diana have resided in Boulder since 1998 where he enjoys playing hockey, skiing, fly fishing, motorcycling, camping, biking and hiking.

An accomplished wealth management executive with two decades of experience, Dimitri has served as an advisor, team leader, and mentor to clients and advisors throughout his career. Prior to joining Curi Capital, Dimitri spent nearly 15 years at RMB Capital, where his final role was Partner and President of Wealth Management. He has served on various civic and philanthropic boards throughout his career, and has a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Doug Elmore

Doug has been involved in commercial, residential and hospitality real estate development for over 30 years. He also owns several concession companies specializing in sports venues and is involved in the management of several minor league baseball teams. Doug has a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Doug lives in the Chicago area with his wife Julie and they spend the winter Palm Desert, CA.

With over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, Doug currently works as a Portfolio Manager at Janus Capital Group responsible for co-managing the Concentrated Growth and Concentrated All Cap Growth strategies. Eric, a native Texan currently residing in Atlanta, is a private credit investor at Antares Capital. He began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of Deloitte where he earned his CPA license. Eric received a bachelor’s degree and master’s in accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Michelle Domanico

COO and Co-founder, Modern Executive Solutions

Michelle Domanico serves as COO, at Modern Executive Solutions. Before Modern she spent her time in front-office financial investment specializing in evaluating corporate business models and underlying credit risks for high yield bonds and loans. Prior to co-founding Modern, Michelle was Director of European capital markets for Shenkman Capital based in their London and New York offices. Prior to her role at Shenkman, Michelle was a Principal on KKR’s credit team based out of San Francisco. She began her career as a leveraged finance analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Michelle was recognized within the Forbes 30 under 30 in Finance list, has been a member of the diversity & inclusion committees at both Shenkman Capital and KKR, leads a large woman in finance network based out of New York, was on the Northern California board of 100 Women in Finance, and volunteers as a mentor for transitioning military veterans to careers in the private sector through American Corporate Partners.

Mimi Chau

Pediatrician, Community Health Care, and Greenhouse Alumnus

Mimi Chau is a Greenhouse Scholars alum and is a pediatrician at Community Health Care, a federally qualified health care center, in Tacoma WA. She received her degrees at Stanford University and the University of Colorado.

Nancy Downing

Education Leader and Philanthropist

Mrs. Downing serves on the Board of Trustees at Providence Day School and the Charlotte Neuroscience Foundation. Her prior work has focused on education through Thompson Child and Family Focus, the Woman’s Impact Fund and the Physician’s Impact Fund. She and her husband Bruce have four children.

Nicole Felton

Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow and Former Associate General Counsel, Citigroup Global Markets

Nicole recently relocated to Atlanta from New York where she was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Citigroup, specializing in complex securities litigation. She began her career as a litigator at the firm of Paul Weiss in New York. Nicole received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from Georgetown University.

Peter Best

Peter Best is a founding Principal of L.A. Realty Partners, bringing over 27 years of real estate experience and accolades to his role. Prior to his position, Mr. Best received national recognition as one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Top Brokers and as one of Trammell Crow Company’s Top Producers during his tenure at each firm. Mr. Best received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado where he majored in Economics. He is a past Board Member of the Century City Chamber of Commerce where he participated in the Real Estate Committee. He is also the former chairman of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and served on the Board of Directors for 12 years.

Rachel Myung

Rachel Myung is a corporate attorney and a member of the firm’s private equity practice group. She advises clients on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Rachel’s clients also include private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, food and beverage, and professional services and marketing.

Randy previously served 10 years on the Wake Community Foundation Board including three as board chair.

Susan Peters

Susan has over 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry, specializing in taxation and the nonprofit segment. She received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Susan and her husband live in Charlotte, NC. They have two daughters living in the New York City area.

She lives in Laguna Beach, CA with roots in Boulder, CO and graduated from University of California, Irvine where she studied Social Ecology.

Teresa is an active community leader with a deep commitment to supporting local nonprofit organizations. Currently serving on the board of the Healthy Charlotte Alliance, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous leadership roles, including completing two terms with Memory Movement Charlotte. Her passion for making a positive impact extends across several nonprofit initiatives, including the Matthews Free Medical Clinic, the Women and Physician’s Impact Fund, and a Homeless Resettlement ministry. Teresa also served as a mentor to a Greenhouse Scholar in the class of 2023. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Teresa is the proud mother of three adult children and a new grandmother.

Todd has over 25 years of marketing leadership experience at technology companies. He has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. Todd developed a personal branding course for the Scholars and is currently mentoring Amy Cerna Sanchez, who is attending the University of Denver.

Todd has been a supporter of Greenhouse’s Georgia community, serving as a mentor and supporting the Greenhouse GA community since its launch.

He is also the author of the philanthropy chapter in Tools & Techniques of Estate Planning for Modern Families, 3^rd Edition, National Underwriter, 2018.

Troy Unell

Head of Capital Markets, Antares Capital

Troy is head of Capital Markets for Antares Capital. He leads the business’s capital markets activities, which consist of structuring and syndicating Antares Capital’s originated transactions. Troy serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and chairs the Antares Operating Committee. Prior to joining GE Antares in 2005, Troy held positions at GE Capital focused on underwriting, asset securitization and restructuring transactions. Troy began his career at PPM America after graduating from Iowa State University. Troy graduated with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in analytic finance and entrepreneurship.

Prior to the formation of Mattox Property Services, Mr. Mattox was employed by CBRE and during his tenure rose to the level of Senior Vice President, the highest office available to producers at the time of his departure.
