Location: Boulder, CO

This position will work full-time in our Boulder, Colorado office. It is not virtual or remote.  Occasional domestic travel (2 to 5 times per year) may be required.

In this role, you would:

  • Provide operational support to the Relationship and Community team, helping strengthen community engagement and enable sustained, significant organizational growth in the coming years.
  • Support several team members by coordinating materials, processes, and communications that help nurture donors and increase nationwide giving.
  • Draft, design, and format highly customized proposals, partnership plans, and impact reports for foundations, corporate partners, and individual supporters.  This work is critical for the organization’s ability to earn trust, build credibility, and foster long-term loyalty and referrals.
  • Identify and track grant opportunities; coordinate timely, compliant grant applications and reports by collaborating with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate, high-quality submissions.
  • Use data and dashboards to support informed decision-making, progress tracking, and effective storytelling.
  • Support the planning and execution of key gatherings—including board meetings, donor dinners, corporate presentations, volunteer events, and more —to ensure high quality events and meaningful constituent engagement.
  • Communicate directly with key supporter groups to ensure they are connected, informed, and empowered in their roles within the Greenhouse community.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • An organized and efficient approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with grant proposals, corporate sponsorships, and/or sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, PowerPoint, Excel, PeopleGrove, and Mailchimp.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.

Compensation

$50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
