About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer and our Chief Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing administrative duties, facilitating communication, and supporting two of our senior leaders in being their most efficient and effective. The role requires strong multitasking capabilities, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to both the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Relationship Officer.
This position is in our Boulder, Colorado office. It is not virtual or remote.
What you might do in a day:
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with project tracking, follow-up, and reporting to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for team meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and document management.

- Familiarity with relevant systems and data such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- 0-7 years of work experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is mandatory.
Compensation
$50,000 – 65,000 depending on experience
