About this role

Greenhouse is embarking on a transformative journey to expand digital fundraising as a primary revenue source. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital and Social Fundraising Manager to lead our online fundraising initiatives, and help shape our online presence, driving donor acquisition and engagement through innovative strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social fundraising strategy to achieve the first-year goal of $100K in online donations, focusing on 1,000-5,000 donations ranging from $20-$100+.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies for maximum results.
  • Determine what’s working and what’s not, putting in place a test-and-refine methodology that has us scaling results in coming years.

This role is based in Boulder, CO, and requires full-time, in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Design and implement digital fundraising campaigns to achieve specific revenue and donor acquisition goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to align campaigns with organizational objectives.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent donor engagement.

Content Development and Social Media:

  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Manager to uphold Greenhouse’s brand standards.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences across social media, email, and website platforms.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and fundraising to enhance content strategies.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analytics to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance and ROI, with a focus on achieving $100K in first-year donations.
  • Use insights to inform strategies for donor retention and acquisition.

Donor Engagement and Operations:

  • Maintain accurate donor and campaign data in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms with organizational systems.
  • Foster interaction and engagement  with online donors, enhancing their long-term connection to Greenhouse.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working from our Boulder office five days a week.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising strategies and platforms.
  • Proven success in digital fundraising, including campaign development and donor engagement.
  • Passion for Greenhouse’s mission and an entrepreneurial spirit.

 Compensation: $60,000 – 80,000 depending on experience
