About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and organized individual to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing administrative duties, facilitating communication, and enabling our CEO to be his most efficient and effective in his personal and professional endeavors. The role requires adaptability, strong multitasking capabilities, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

This position is in our Boulder, Colorado office. It is not virtual or remote.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Liaison for and representation of CEO’s priorities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Larger-scope special projects as required
  • Various and diverse executional and administrative duties for the CEO
  • Organization and maintenance of confidential information.
  • Coordination of CEO travel
  • Event Planning and execution
  • Support of several personal activities – travel and events as examples

Attributes and Skills

The ideal individual will demonstrate positivity and excellent problem solving skills, the ability to manage complexity within deadlines, maintain strict confidentiality, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and is both collaborative and works well independently with limited direction.

Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Must be adept at learning and using a variety of software programs and possess strong technology skills.
College degree is required.

Compensation is $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
