Matthew Wiseman is a nonprofit leader with extensive experience building communities, partnerships, and programs that expand opportunity and create meaningful impact. Throughout his career, he has focused on fostering environments where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive, with leadership roles spanning both the nonprofit and entertainment sectors.

Matthew spent more than two decades with BAFTA, the globally renowned arts charity and organization behind the BAFTA Awards, where he expanded the organization’s presence in the United States, deepened engagement with the creative communities, and launched industry-leading programs supporting the next generation of storytellers and creative leaders. He later joined the Alzheimer’s Association, leading mission-driven outreach and strategic partnerships across the media, creative, and entertainment industries to advance awareness, advocacy, and access to care and support resources. Matthew believes deeply in the power of long-term investment, mentorship, and community, and is especially passionate about social impact work that opens doors and broadens opportunity.

He lives in Los Angeles and remains active in the region’s nonprofit and creative communities.
