Marlon’s career has been defined by a deep commitment to creating equitable pathways for young people to thrive. For more than 12 years, he’s served Metro Atlanta’s out-of-school time programs as a community leader and relationship strategist through developing transformative partnerships, innovative programming, and building high-performing teams. He’s led efforts to design programs that strengthen belonging and leadership among young people, and cultivated collaborations that bridge sectors to achieve measurable impact. As a native Atlantan with a personal passion for helping others pursue the best version of themselves, he is energized by Greenhouse’s mission and commitment to transforming communities in Georgia.
Before his work in the nonprofit sector, Marlon built a distinguished career in the music industry as a platinum-selling, Grammy-nominated and multi-Dove Award-winning producer and songwriter. He graduated from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Music Management.
When he is not at work, he enjoys movies, connecting with friends, and enjoying quality time with his wife and four children.
