Before joining Greenhouse, he held progressive leadership roles in finance and accounting across the public and nonprofit sectors, focusing on strengthening financial systems, improving transparency, and supporting sustainable growth.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. Living in Arvada, Colorado, with his wife, daughter, and dog, Ian enjoys an active life that includes training for local triathlons, camping with his family, and relaxing with a good book.
