Hope brings extensive private-sector leadership experience to Greenhouse, with a strong record in relationship management, project management, and operational excellence. She has led high-performing teams within technology organizations serving the financial and emergency services sectors, most recently as Chief Customer Officer at Intrado Life & Safety.
Passionate about education, lifelong learning, and the power of community, Hope is energized by Greenhouse’s mission. As a former college scholarship recipient, she understands firsthand the lasting impact that meaningful support can have. Her commitment to service runs deep, reflected in volunteer and board roles with organizations including the “I Have a Dream” Foundation of Boulder County, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Junior Achievement.
A proud Big Stone Gap, Virginia native, Hope holds a B.A. in accounting from Furman University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Since making Colorado home, she has embraced its many offerings—from hiking and skiing to live theater and museums—and especially enjoys sharing these experiences with family and friends.
