Lindsey Price-Criswell

Lindsey has management consulting, entrepreneurial, and ecomm brand building experience — as well as a committed understanding of Greenhouse Scholars, where she worked for 4 years. In 2018, she and her husband started ecomm furniture brand, Denver Modern, where she currently serves as CEO.

A retired SVP of AT Kearney, Michael currently serves as a trustee for five other nonprofit organizations. He is also a Regent at Regis University in Denver and Loyola University in Chicago, and he serves on the boards of 2 businesses: Breman Castings, and Campbell & Company.

An entrepreneur his entire career, Pete has started five companies, is a member of Y.P.O, and serves on several boards, including The Leeds School of Business.

In his 35-year commercial real estate career, Rick has represented some of the nation’s most prestigious companies, non-profits, consulting firms, and law firms. Rick also serves on the Savills North American executive committee.

Saul graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Finance and was named one of ColoradoBiz Magazine’s top 25 young professionals in 2020. Saul is an alumnus of Greenhouse Scholars.

Alison Lohr

Alison has spent her career driving growth in consumer companies, including global head of strategy for Kimberly-Clark and CMO for ServiceMaster Brands. She now supports a variety of companies as a strategy consultant and fractional CMO. She also mentors an amazing Greenhouse Scholar and is passionate about growing Greenhouse’s impact in Georgia.

Amy Aldridge

Amy graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance and became passionate about education while living in Chicago, where she volunteered in several tutor, mentor, and scholarship programs. She and her husband, Ken, sponsor Scholar Lio Zuniga. They are also very involved in the Illinois Chapter of JDRF.

Anand Annigeri

Cynthia Banks

Cynthia raised a global education business over the past 24 years and upon successful exit now teaches at CU Boulder Leeds Business School while consulting on business strategy and leadership. She has a BS in Business from CSU and an MS in Management from CU with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Daniele M. Donahoe, CFA

Daniele is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of McShane Partners Wealth & Investment Advisory where she is the majority shareholder. Under Daniele’s management, the firm has grown to over $700 million in individual and institutional assets. As a fee-only advisory firm, McShane Partners is passionate about client care and community contribution. Daniele focuses on equity research across a broad range of industries. She has assembled a strong investment team with in-house proprietary research and architected research templates for manager due diligence stock selection. The company has grown to 60 locations in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas. Prior to that he had a 25 year career in commercial and corporate real estate. David earned a BS in Business Administration from CU Boulder and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Diana have resided in Boulder since 1998 where he enjoys playing hockey, skiing, fly fishing, motorcycling, camping, biking and hiking.

He has served on various civic and philanthropic boards throughout his career, and has a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Doug Elmore

Doug has been involved in commercial, residential and hospitality real estate development for over 30 years. He also owns several concession companies specializing in sports venues and is involved in the management of several minor league baseball teams. Doug has a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Doug lives in the Chicago area with his wife Julie and they spend the winter Palm Desert, CA.

Eric Eisen

Eric, a native Texan currently residing in Atlanta, is a private credit investor at Antares Capital. He began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of Deloitte where he earned his CPA license. In his current role, Mr. Miller is a premier resource for charitable planning in the Southeast region. He is responsible for building relationships with advisors, enhancing their understanding of Fidelity Charitable’s donor-advised fund program, and discussing ways to incorporate charitable giving into clients’ overall financial and wealth management plans.

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Janet communicates with Northeast branch managers in each of the region’s cities, as well as regional brokers, to drive results and inspire innovative practices of the industry. Janet is a board member for Rye Girls Softball, where she is also a volunteer head softball coach. She attended Fordham University.

Prior to Minturn Group, Jarrod was the CEO at Foreign Resource Development Associates, LLC. He served 14 years as an international CIA Operations Officer. Jarrod graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a double major in Government and Economics.

Michelle Domanico serves as COO, at Modern Executive Solutions. Before Modern she spent her time in front-office financial investment specializing in evaluating corporate business models and underlying credit risks for high yield bonds and loans. Prior to co-founding Modern, Michelle was Director of European capital markets for Shenkman Capital based in their London and New York offices. Prior to her role at Shenkman, Michelle was a Principal on KKR’s credit team based out of San Francisco. She began her career as a leveraged finance analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Michelle was recognized within the Forbes 30 under 30 in Finance list, has been a member of the diversity & inclusion committees at both Shenkman Capital and KKR, leads a large woman in finance network based out of New York, was on the Northern California board of 100 Women in Finance, and volunteers as a mentor for transitioning military veterans to careers in the private sector through American Corporate Partners.

Mimi Chau

Mimi Chau is a Greenhouse Scholars alum and is a pediatrician at Community Health Care, a federally qualified health care center, in Tacoma WA. She received her degrees at Stanford University and the University of Colorado.

Nancy Downing

Education Leader and Philanthropist

Mrs. Downing serves on the Board of Trustees at Providence Day School and the Charlotte Neuroscience Foundation. Her prior work has focused on education through Thompson Child and Family Focus, the Woman’s Impact Fund and the Physician’s Impact Fund. She and her husband Bruce have four children.

Nancy Smith

Nancy is a graduate of Denison University and holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy from Mercer University. As a native of Atlanta, she is committed to supporting and promoting the Greenhouse Scholars program in Georgia. Through sponsoring and mentoring scholars with her husband, helping organize fundraising events, and participating in the selection process, Nancy is dedicated to the Greenhouse Scholars and the organization!

Nicole Felton

Former VP and Associate General Counsel of Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Nicole recently relocated to Atlanta from New York where she was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Citigroup, specializing in complex securities litigation. She began her career as a litigator at the firm of Paul Weiss in New York. Nicole received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from Georgetown University.

Peter Best is a founding Principal of L.A. Realty Partners, bringing over 27 years of real estate experience and accolades to his role. Prior to his position, Mr. Best received national recognition as one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Top Brokers and as one of Trammell Crow Company’s Top Producers during his tenure at each firm. Mr. Best received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado where he majored in Economics. He is a past Board Member of the Century City Chamber of Commerce where he participated in the Real Estate Committee. He is also the former chairman of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and served on the Board of Directors for 12 years.

Rachel Myung

Rachel Myung is a corporate attorney and a member of the firm’s private equity practice group. She advises clients on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Rachel’s clients also include private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, food and beverage, and professional services and marketing.

Randy has spent the past 38 in the Executive Recruiting industry. He is President of FPC Raleigh, a Forbes ranked Top 10 nationwide recruiting franchise. Randy holds a BS Degree from the Kogod School of Business, at American University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Randy previously served 10 years on the Wake Community Foundation Board including three as board chair.

Richard M. Burridge

Since then, Dick and RMB have received remarkable accolades from several prominent publications, including Forbes, Financial Planning, Financial Times, Financial Advisor, and Barron’s Top 100 Investment Advisors. Dick earned a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently serves on the board of the Burridge Center for Finance at CU and the King Bruwaert House.

Susan has over 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry, specializing in taxation and the nonprofit segment. She received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Susan and her husband live in Charlotte, NC. They have two daughters living in the New York City area.

She lives in Laguna Beach, CA with roots in Boulder, CO and graduated from University of California, Irvine where she studied Social Ecology.

Tony has over 20 years of experience in financial services and philanthropic planning. He is a board member of the non-profit organizations Associated Colleges of Illinois and 21^st Century Dads. He is also the author of the philanthropy chapter in Tools & Techniques of Estate Planning for Modern Families, 3^rd Edition, National Underwriter, 2018.

Troy Unell

Head of Capital Markets, Antares Capital

Troy is head of Capital Markets for Antares Capital. He leads the business’s capital markets activities, which consist of structuring and syndicating Antares Capital’s originated transactions. Troy serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and chairs the Antares Operating Committee. Prior to joining GE Antares in 2005, Troy held positions at GE Capital focused on underwriting, asset securitization and restructuring transactions. Troy began his career at PPM America after graduating from Iowa State University. Troy graduated with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in analytic finance and entrepreneurship.

Tyler Mattox has over 27 years of broad based real estate experience and is a California licensed real estate broker. Prior to MCA Realty, Mr. Mattox was the Principal Owner of Mattox Property Services, an opportunistic real estate investment and development company that identified and acquired underperforming assets. Prior to the formation of Mattox Property Services, Mr. Mattox was employed by CBRE and during his tenure rose to the level of Senior Vice President, the highest office available to producers at the time of his departure.

Together with her family, Winston has mentored and sponsored multiple students through Greenhouse for more than a decade.

Yvonne Savarise

Yvonne graduated from the University of Utah with a doctorate and BS in physical therapy, as well as a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She and her husband Mark have been involved with Greenhouse Scholars for several years.
