The Young Leaders Program provides comprehensive support to Greenhouse Alumni in the first decade of their careers and post-college lives. Through the Young Leaders Program, we work together to implement actionable ideas, change, and community initiatives. The 3rd annual Ignite conference was held over 3 days where alumni in the Young Leaders Program heard from exceptional industry leaders, participate in leadership, professional, personal, and community change panels and workshops, and connected with each other and the Greenhouse community for relationship-building, collaboration, and learning. 44 alumni in the Young Leaders program attended Ignite this year from 8 class years and 10 states. |
