As 2025 winds down, Greenhouse has a lot to celebrate including our 20-Year Anniversary. Since 2005, Greenhouse has identified the most inspiring young leaders from under-resourced communities, surrounded them with a powerful community, and continues to work together for life to fuel transformational change. Founder and CEO Pete Burridge wrote a love letter to commemorate 20 years of impact and transforming communities. Watch the video below.

Greenhouse also celebrated other milestones this year accomplishing a lot as a company and a community. We earned 14 six-figure gifts, more than any previous year. Greenhouse rolled out our third phase in the Community Change Model, our Whole Community Program. In conjunction, we held our first-ever Community Change Summit, an intensive innovation laboratory designed to transform how we create opportunity, choice, and belief for young people in low-income communities. Also, we welcomed nine new team members and will be completing our first-ever multi-year campaign, Can.Will.Must. with a goal of raising $7 million. We accomplished so much in 2025 and look forward to an even more impactful 2026.
