Create awareness and educational opportunities for minority students in Accounting.

Tyler Hyppolite grew up in Chicago as the daughter of a hardworking single mother, navigating systemic barriers, racial bias, and the responsibilities of helping raise her younger sister. From launching an eco-friendly skincare line through the Young Entrepreneurs Academy to founding her school’s Self-Care Club, she leads with empathy and initiative, determined to uplift marginalized voices, especially Black women in business. Her relentlessness showed in the late mornings and judgmental classrooms she endured as a child, where she transformed shame into drive, earning promotions at work, excelling in rigorous academics, and creating spaces where vulnerability and growth are celebrated. She envisions a future where financial literacy, mentorship, and representation empower underserved communities to thrive without limits. By studying business, she aims to build systems of support that challenge inequality and equip Black women and girls to lead, grow, and sustain their own legacies.
