Richard Dominique

Richard gained a passion for cooking and baking from his beloved father who passed away when he was young; because his father was not one to dwell on sadness, Richard tried to remain positive and push forward, maturing quickly as the only male in his household.
He persevered to become president of the National Honor Society and a Mile High Scholar, a recognition by DSST faculty and staff of community and academic student leaders.
Described as a ‘quiet lion’ by his advisor, Richard’s unique approach to leadership and his genuine knack for developing connections with his peers has meant that, as a teacher put it, “when Richard speaks, his classmates listen”.
He is passionately working towards owning his own bakery in Denver one day.
