Misha White

Misha was a journalist for the Denver Voice, a publication dedicated to issues pertaining to the homeless population in Denver.
Passionate about issues pervading the homeless population, she plans to serve as a voice for people who are often overlooked.
As the community event coordinator at her high school, Misha started an Awareness Day to promote diversity, empathy, and self-awareness. She also started a student-led recycling program and a jeans donation program that yielded over 200 pairs for homeless teens.
Misha obtained 46 college credits during her high school career.
