Born and raised in Elgin, Illinois, he graduated from Elgin High School in 2018 through the Gifted and Talented Academy. He earned a degree in Applied Physics from Yale University in 2022 with distinction, where he also performed with the Yale Alley Cats, conducted research at the Yale Quantum Institute, and engaged with literature at the Elizabethan Club.

After graduation, he founded ClimateHaven, a climate tech incubator supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, Connecticut, and Yale University, growing a 17,000 sq. ft. facility and a portfolio of 21 startups. He later joined Lowercarbon Capital in San Francisco to gain venture capital experience in climate tech.
