Helena is from Denver, Colorado, and Long Island, New York, and graduated from Denver North High School before earning her degree from the University of Denver in 2019. After college, she founded Gub Gub’s Pizza and Ice Cream, a small business focused on serving and investing in a rural community.
As the owner, she leads daily operations, manages a team, and builds community partnerships, with a strong focus on using the business as a tool for local impact and opportunity. Through the challenges of entrepreneurship, she has developed a resilient, service-driven leadership style grounded in consistency and community care.
