Del Martin is the founder of The Lab, a beauty tech brand focused on culture, innovation, and beauty. She has worked with clients such as Ayra Starr and Burna Boy and collaborated with brands including Sephora, Milani, and Black Opal. She studied International Intercultural Studies at Pitzer College.
She previously served as Chief of Staff at EnrichHer, a Techstars company, where she worked on women’s empowerment initiatives and later consulted with organizations including Amazon. She also founded the Black Beauty Block Party in Los Angeles, a beauty festival focused on inclusive beauty and community building.
