Alyssa is originally from Aurora, Colorado where she attended Overland High School and graduated in 2014. She attended the University of Denver for her undergraduate degree, which she earned in 2018, and her Master of Social Work in 2020. One of her most significant accomplishments to date is having found a professional direction that she enjoys. She has been a therapist since 2021 after she sought out post-graduate therapy training while working as a full-time hospital social worker. As soon as she had her first session providing therapy, she knew that was the direction she wanted to shift her career.

Alyssa has always wanted to support people in cultivating their desired life, as they define and imagine it. She naturally see the best in others and has a passion and knack for supporting people in moving toward defining and executing their life dreams. Thus far in her life, she has realized she wants to support people in cultivating the life they want through holistic health – physically, socially, mental health, spiritually, etc. She wants to be a part of systemic, collective change, and being a therapist is one small way she can play a role.
