His goal is to become a healthcare administrator in order to help improve the healthcare system in his country and community. He worked towards his goal by interning for two summers with Kaiser Permanente in the department of Population and Prevention Services, volunteering for The Bridge Project, serving as a peer mentor with the Academic Advancement Center and the College of Business at CSU, and being a member of college’s National Honor Society and African United. Ultimately Alhassan aims to build a clinic in his hometown in Liberia.
