Advocate for the well-being of youth across the Carolinas through community health education and social justice awareness.

Aiden grew up in a hardworking family where his mother’s devotion and long nights working as a nurse practitioner left a lasting impression on him about the power of quiet dedication. From a young age, he learned the value of selfless service and responsibility through his father’s hardwork, strength, and consistency through his everyday actions, which deepened when he became the primary caregiver for his younger siblings. Motivated by a desire to uplift others, Aiden took leadership roles in the Black Alliance of Student Empowerment, organizing events and fostering a supportive community that celebrates Black culture and history. Despite the overwhelming demands at home and school, he showed relentless determination by balancing caregiving with academics, often studying late into the night while tending to his siblings’ needs. Looking ahead, Aiden envisions building a future where healthcare is accessible and compassionate, ensuring that those facing barriers receive not only treatment but also dignity and hope. He demonstrated his vison when he co-hosted a podcast collaborating with psycholoigists and Austrian high school students to showcase the mental health disconnect in our global communities. His commitment to medicine reflects his passion for turning empathy into action and serving communities with the same care he has shown his family.
