She advises clients on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Rachel’s clients also include private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, food and beverage, and professional services and marketing.
