Magruillio Zuniga

As one of six children, and the first generation in his family to graduate from high school, Magruilio worked two part-time jobs during the school year to help support his family; his main job required him to work over 30 hours a week for a three year period as a Conway Farms Golf Course caddie.
Valedictorian of Waukegan High School, he was also an AP Scholar, Illinois State Scholar and received the City of Waukegan Leadership Award.
When his college counselor took medical leave his senior year, Magruilio helped found a club to assist his peers in applying to colleges and scholarships.
